Adventure Stroll Episode 5 is an Adventure Stroll Episode. It features Kanan Matsuura and Ruby Kurosawa as the main rewards. The story this time takes place after the "Aqours 3rd Love Live! Tour ~WONDERFUL STORIES~" performances held in Saitama and Osaka, so special tickets were offered during this event.

Prologue: School Gate
Chika: Whew... Feels like it's been forever since we've been in Numazu! Riko: We had two shows in a row in Saitama and Osaka... And before you know it, we'll be headed to Fukuoka for the next one. Chika: We couldn't have done it without you support. Thanks for coming with us! You: The shows were a blast, but it's still a relief to finally be back in you hometown, isn't it? Riko: Yes. We need to take it easy and rest our bodies while we've got the chance. Chika: It's only a big relief because the shows went so well! Dia: Chika is correct. We had huge crowds at both venues, and I don't think our performances could have been any better. Mari: You said it. We had a really exciting time! But now that we're back home, we really should take time to relax. Dia: I wouldn't be too complacent, Mari. There's a mountain of documents waiting to be reviewed. Mari: Oh, my. The life of the student council president is hard, isn't it? We'll be sure to relax a little extra to make up for your part. Dia: What are you talking about?! As the Chairwoman, I'd expect you to have just as much work, if not more! Mari: Huh? I, umm... I have no idea, actually! Kanan: Oh, Mari... I understand wanting to take it easy after two big shows, but if you slack off, you're going to regret it. I'll come help when I have the time, okay? Ruby: Giggle Dia, Mari, and Kanan are as tight-knit as ever. Hanamaru: We're pretty tight-knit too, zura! Ruby: Giggle That's true! In fact, I feel like these trips to Saitama and Osaka have brought us all closer together. Yoshiko: Groan Hanamaru: Yoshiko? Are you not feeling well, zura? Ruby: What's wrong, Yoshiko? Are you sick? Yoshiko: I used so much power in Saitama and Osaka... Yohane's got a lot of fallen angel energy to recharge... Hanamaru: That's a pretty convenient form of energy, zura! Yoshiko: What're you implying, Zuramaru?! Fallen angel power can be used for anything! Anyways, what're you all planning on doing next? Hanamaru: I've got library committee work, and I wanted to organize the library books, too. Ruby: I've still got homework, and I wanna get it all done before the next live show. You: I think I'm gonna go for a swim! Once we start prepping for the next show, it's gonna take up a lot of time, so I probably won't be able to swim much. Kanan: You've got a lot of energy considering we just got done with a show, You. Maybe I should go for a light jog, so I don't get out of shape... Chika: I've got a ton of stuff I wanna discuss with everyone before our Fukuoka show... Chika: But I see everyone's got their own individual things to do first. You think they'll have any time to talk later on? Chika: By the way, Mari called for you. Dia was saying she must have a ton of documents to review... Maybe she wants your help? Chika: I wish I could go with you, but I've got somewhere I need to be... Chika: I'm sure Mari's in the Chairwoman's office. Can you stop by there later?

Story 1: Chairwoman's Office
Mari: Oh... How could so much pile up in such a short time? Mari: Ah, you came! I've been waiting for you. As you can see, I've got a bit of a pile to clear out. I'm sorry to ask, but could you help me? Mari: Tee-hee. Thank you. You're a lifesaver! Here. Can you please copy all of these to start with? Mari: I can't believe so much paperwork came in while we were in Saitama and Osaka. This could take us a while. Mari: I wish someone would invent a robot that could take care of all this routine office work. Mari: Anyways, those live shows were awesome, weren't they? It really felt like we all became one... And I was so delighted to hear you cheering! Mari: We've all gotta work hard to make the Fukuoka show just as successful! Mari: That reminds me, the buildings we got to see during our short sightseeing jaunt between shows were very cool, weren't there? Mari: The Taisho era-style towns in Saitama were fantastic. Mari: And Osaka was great, too! It's such a happy town, it feels like every day is a festival. And the food was to die for! Mari: I guess that's why it's called "The Kitchen of the Nation." Takoyaki, okonomiyaki, grilled squid... The variety was incredible. Mari: I know you were excited to indulge, but I haven't feasted like that in a long time, either! Mari: Chuckle Don't worry. An occasional cheat day or two isn't enough to do anything to this perfect body! Mari: Just kidding. We actually did a lot of jogging in Osaka. School idols need to maintain their figures, after all. Mari: Oops. I'm having so much fun talking to you, I'm starting to ramble. Mari: That's enough of that. We've gotta take care of all this paperwork before the Fukuoka live show! Mari: Still, at this pace, we'll never manage with just the two of us. Hrmm... Mari: Hey, I know. Can you go and get Dia? She should be in the student council's office. Pretty please, with a cherry on top!

Story 2: Student Council Room
Dia: Well, this is a surprise. What brings you here? Dia: Huh? Mari asked you? I should've know. Dia: Actually, I was going to go see how she was doing after I finished up my own work. Dia: We certainly can't have all this affecting our show in Fukuoka. I'll come to the Chairwoman's office to help out when I'm done. Dia: Mari never changes, does she? Aha, I'm not serious, and I'm certainly not one to talk. Dia: I mean, I'm taking proper care to complete all of my student council duties, of course... Dia: It's just... I spent a lot of time in Saitama and Osaka indulging in my personal hobbies. Dia: You... You know how I'm a huge fan of green tea-flavored sweets, right? Dia: The truth is, in Saitama... A-And Osaka... I snuck away from everyone and went on a binge. Dia: Saitama's Sayama green tea is, along with Uji tea and Shizuoka tea, one of Japan's three most famous varieties. Dia: So I did some research in between shows, and... And even snuck off to a cafe that served all sorts of delights that used Sayama tea... Dia: The green tea sweets there were to die for. I still remember what they tasted like! The combination of hot tea poured over cold ice cream was amazing. Dia: The cold, the hear, the sweetness, and that unique hint of bitterness... It was just sublime. I wish I could go back for more! Dia: Then, in Osaka, I went on my own little tour of famous shops that serve green tea-flavored treats. I had parfaits, cakes, and of course, pudding! Dia: Oh, it was heavenly! My favorite treat infused with my favorite flavor! Can you even imagine such a divine dessert?! Dia: Gasp Goodness, I'm sorry! I'm getting way too worked up. Dia: At this rate, people are going to think I'm only doing these live shows for the snacks. Dia: But I'm giving 100 percent at our singing and dancing practice, and putting on rehearsals with great care. I only went out in between them. Dia: I'm sorry, listen to me ramble on and on. Can we keep all that between the two of us, please? Dia: Umm... I'll join you after I go over these documents one last time. Can you tell Mari that? Thank you. Dia: By the way, I found this keychain on the ground out by the school entrance. Dia: It was near where Ruby and her friends were standing, so I thought it might belong to one of them. Dia: Would you mind asking Yoshiko for me? She's probably hanging out up in the roof.

Story 3: School Rooftop
Yoshiko: One, two, th... threeee. Two, two, th... threeee. Yoshiko: Hey, what're you staring at, little demon? Did you follow Yohane up to the roof just to see her doing stretches? Yoshiko: Huh? A keychain? Nope, that's not mine. It does look familiar, though... Yoshiko: Oh! I know. I think I saw one of those in a souvenir shop when we were in Saitama... or maybe it was Osaka? Yoshiko:That reminds me. Did you enjoy those shows? Yoshiko: Me? Of course I enjoyed them! Not only were the shows themselves fun, but in between, I got to do a lot of great window shopping. Yoshiko: Here at home, there aren't a lot of choices for the kinds of clothes I like, so I wanted to see what I could find on the road. Yoshiko: It was incredible! There was such a huge variety of stuff, and the designs were so refined! Yoshiko:Sigh I wish there were more shops like them in Numazu... Yoshiko: Unfortunately, I didn't actually buy anything. There were so many choices, I just couldn't choose. Yoshiko: I'd like to go again after New Year's and really take my time looking around. Hey, would you want to come with me? Yoshiko: Whew. That oughta do it for stretching. I've gotta put in a lot of work every day to keep this fragile human body from slowing down. Yoshiko: That's right! I'm doing this to refill my fallen angel energy reserves! And... to be honest, because Kanan is always on my case. Yoshiko: Oh yeah, we were talking about the keychain. I kinda remember You saying she bought a keychain at one point. Why not ask her? Yoshiko: I saw her headed towards the pool when I was taking in the view earlier. She might still be there. Yoshiko: Hmm... Oh! Isn't that You over there? Yoshiko: What the... Where'd you go? Geez, I go through all the trouble to explain things, and my little demon has the nerve to disappear on me!

Story 4: Pool
You: Aye aye! What brings you out this way? Got something to do? You: I just got out of the pool. Nothing beats a good swim! You: Don't get me wrong, I had fun in Saitama and Osaka, but there wasn't a place to swim near either venue. I wanted to swim so badly, it drove me nuts! You: After all, if you don't use it, you lose it. You: I'm exaggerating... a little. I did do weight training with Kanan while we were on the road, and we were able to borrow some exercise equipment. You: Since we all shared rooms, we did our stretches right on our beds. That was a lot of fun! You: Nonstop singing uses more energy that you'd thing, and the dancing was very acrobatic. It's important to stay in shape. You: As a school idol, I have to give a hundred percent every time! You: Ha, ha. It's kind of embarrassing to say that out loud, even though I'm always thinking it. You: Our live shows in Saitama and Osaka showed me once again how important that attitude is. You: We've got lots of people supporting and cheering for us. I want to keep my body in tip-top shape so I don't ever let them down! You: So what are you doing here, anyways? Were you looking for me? You: Huh? A keychain? Hmm... Nope, that's not mine. I think it's Ruby's, maybe? You: I kinda remember Ruby having a cute little keychain that looked very similar! You: She said she'd be in the classroom working on her homework. Why no go ask her? You: I'm gonna hop back in the pool for one last swim. See ya!

Story 5: Classroom
Ruby: I need to use this formula here... So I'll just calculate the result, and... huh? The numbers don't match up... Okay, so now I, umm... Ruby: Eek! Geez, you scared me? Huh? Y-Yeah. I'm doing my homework. Ruby: I was going to try and get it done while we were in Saitama and Osaka, but I was so tired after each show, I fell asleep before my head hit the pillow. Ruby: But those shows were a blast, even if they were exhausting. The people in Saitama and Osaka were so nice. I want to go back soon! Ruby: By the way, why were you looking for me? Huh? A keychain? Oh! Yes, that's mine! I'm so happy! Ruby: Thank you so much. I've been looking everywhere! I was sad because I couldn't figure out where I dropped it. Yay! I'm so lucky you found it! Ruby: Huh? Dia was the one who picked it up? I'll have to remember to thank her later. Ruby: They had bracelets and other things with the same pattern, so I had trouble choosing, but the keychain seemed like the most practical. Ruby: What else did I buy? Hmm... I bought sweet buns in Saitama, and pork buns in Osaka... Ruby: Apparently they're both famous treats! Giggle Ruby: I wanted to share them with everyone, so I brought them with me... Here! There are for you. Ruby: Please, help yourself to whatever you like. I tried one of each myself last night, and they were both scrumptious! Ruby: This white one, which I got in Saitama, has potato mixed with strained bean paste. Ruby: Since they're small and have a very subtle sweetness, you feel like you could eat them all day! Ruby: The pork buns I bought in Osaka are huge, and packed full of meat. It looks like a lot of food, but it's easy to gulp the whole thing down. Ruby: I'm sure it's still tasty when it's cold, but it'd be better reheated. Want me to go warm one up? There's a microwave in the home ec room. Ruby: I wonder why they call them pork buns out west, and meat buns in the east. Not like there's any difference... Ruby: We should look it up! Let's see... Oh! Pork buns and meat buns are the same thing! Ruby: But Osaka locals normally use beef, so when they do use pork, they make sure to specify the filling and call it a pork bun. Ruby: Oh, whoops! This is no time to be talking about food. I've gotta get this homework done! Ruby: But this does remind me that Hanamaru was overjoyed when she had one of these sweet buns. Ruby: She said she was going to the library to sort books. Could you take this one to her?

Story 6: Library
Hanamaru: Tee-hee. I thought I smelled something yummy! Did you get your souvenir from Ruby? Hanamaru: Huh? That's for me? Giggle Thanks! Ruby gave me one this morning, but I'm glad I get another one, zura! Hanamaru: In fact, I'll have it right now! Mmm... I'm in heaven! Hanamaru: Oh, whoops! Please don't tell anyone I was eating in here, zura... Hanamaru:Sigh I need to watch myself. When I see something sweet, I always want to eat it right away. Hanamaru: Ruby's so thoughtful, isn't she? I mean, she got us these even though we all went to Saitama and Osaka together! Hanamaru: Did you have one of these, too? Yeah, yeah! I love sweet bean paste, so these sweet buns are irresistible. Hanamaru: They're not too sweet, either, so I could eat them all day and never get sick of them. They're every bit as good as Numazu's famous cream buns, zura! Hanamaru: I'll never forget the taste of the kintsuba red bean cakes and sake buns we had in Osaka, either, but... Hanamaru: With those, if you eat too many, it upsets your stomach. I had to be very careful not to overeat. Hanamaru: That's right! There were so many wonderful things to eat while we were on the road, I think we all went overboard. Hanamaru: Kanan kept admonishing us, and making us go jogging every morning. Hanamaru: Normally I'd say I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight, but even I have my limits. Hanamaru: Incidentally, did you come all the way here just to give me that sweet bun? Giggle Thank you, zura. Hanamaru: Can you do me a favor, and take this charm to Ruby? Hanamaru: I found it in the hallway, and judging by the design, I think it's hers. Hanamaru: Huh? She had a keychain? Then whose charm is this? Hanamaru: Given the design, it must belong to someone in Aqours... Hanamaru: Hey! Kanan just went jogging towards the central courtyard, zura! Hanamaru: Would you mind catching her before she heads off campus?

Story 7: Courtyard
Kanan: Something wrong? Huh? That charm? Kanan: Oh, no, that's not mine. I didn't buy any souvenirs like that. Kanan: Anyways, I was in the middle of a jog. Kanan: The streets in Saitama and Osaka were so crowded, I couldn't really relax when I went out to run. Kanan: Not to mention that I don't know either area. Imagine the trouble it would've caused if I'd gotten lost, or caught in an accident. Kanan: Still, I was surprised by how much green space there was. They plant lots of trees so that people can live more comfortably. Kanan: And I guess it was kinda refreshing to see some new scenery while I was jogging. Kanan: Then there were the times when we all went jogging as a group. They were fun, too. Kanan: Of course, the live shows were the greatest! It felt amazing to sing and dance my heart out up on those big stages. Kanan: Actually, there were a lot of people out jogging around the city when I went. Kanan: It was nice to see that. I thought everyone in cities holed up in gyms and sports clubs, so I was kinda relieved to see I wasn't the only one running. Kanan: Our next stop is Fukuoka. Apparently there are some great diving spots there, so this time, I'm not just gonna run for exercise. I'm gonna swim, too! Kanan: At least, I wish I could! Ha, ha! After all, we're going to Fukuoka to do a live show. I doubt I'll have time. Kanan: But maybe I should bring my diving gear anyways... Just in case. I might have a chance to go after the show. Kanan: Well, I'd better go. If I dawdle too long, the sun'll set! Kanan: Oh, right, the charm. Maybe it's Riko's? It just seems like the kind of design she likes. Kanan: I thought I heard someone playing the piano when I ran past the music room earlier. She might be in there now.

Story 8: Music Room
Riko: Eek! Y-You startled me... Riko: Oh, no, I'm the one who should apologize. I just get so absorbed when I'm playing the piano. Riko: I didn't have much time to practice while we were on tour, so I thought I'd better practice now while I've got the chance. Riko: I love the sound of piano music. Plus, I always feel so at ease when my hands are on the keys. Riko: The piano really is special to me. Riko: I mean, I love composing new songs, of course, but composing isn't really relaxing. It feels more... exciting, I guess? Riko: It's like... I can see all kinds of melodies just naturally float to the surface, and spread across my mind... We went to Saitama, and Osaka... Riko: Every day is so much fun. And I owe it all to Chika inviting me to join Aqours. Riko: I don't think the excitement will ever truly end as long as we're all together. In fact, I hope it never ends! Riko: By the way, did you need me for something? Hmm? That charm? Riko: Hmm... It might be Chika's. I think she bought it we were at the souvenir shop. Riko: I saw her going into the auditorium not too long ago.

Story 9: Gym
Chika: All right, let's do this! Chika: Wh-Whoa! How long have you been there? Huh? You're looking for me? Chika: Hey, my charm! Yup, that's mine! Thanks a million, I'm so happy you found it! Chika: I was just reminiscing our first live show. We held it here, you know. Chika: Talk about a mess. But still, this is where it all began for us. Chika: We wouldn't be who we are today if we hadn't been who we were back then. Know what I mean? Chika: It started with me, You, and Riko... And with everyone's support, grew to the nine members we have now. Chika: And now, we have lots and lots of people come to see our live shows. Chika: It's not thanks to any one person, but to all nine of us coming together. Chika: I think that mindset helped make our shows in Saitama and Osaka so successful. Chika: That's one thing that hasn't changed. Chika: And that's why I want to make sure all nine of us come together to make our Fukuoka show just as great! Chika: I hope we all keep working together forever. Chika: I just... want everyone to know that that's how I feel. Chika: I'm probably gonna turn beet red trying to say that face to face, but... Chika: But I think it's something I need to do before we go on in Fukuoka. I want them to know how I feel. Chika: And I wanted you to know, too. I'm truly grateful to you. Chika: And not just for returning the charm! For everything you've done for us!

Epilogue: Club Room
Mari: Dia, thanks again for helping me. Dia: I'm glad we finished before we had to leave for Fukuoka. I really didn't think that much work would pile up. For a while, I wasn't sure if we'd manage! Ruby: Dia, you found my keychain, right? Thanks a lot! Dia: Oh, that was yours? Yoshiko: You mean the one you all thought was mine at first? You: I knew it was Ruby's! Chika: And the matching charm was mine. Hanamaru, you found it, right? Thanks a bunch! Hanamaru: Oh, it was yours, Chika? I'm glad it made it back to its owner! Riko: I thought it was yours! Kanan: By the way, why'd you call everyone into the club room? Chika: Well, because I wanted to talk to everyone about something. You: Talk to us? Kanan: What's going on? Yoshiko: D-Don't tell me it's some kind of ominous prediction! Chika: Giggle No, no. I was just thinking about how Fukuoka's our last show on the tour, and I wanted all nine of us to get together beforehand. Mari: I understand how you feel, Chika. This is the final stage of our big tour! Ruby: Yeah. Thinking about it... I'm starting to get nervous. Dia: Why are you getting nervous already? We're not even in Fukuoka yet. Kanan: Easy, easy. When she puts it like that, even I feel a butterfly or two in my stomach. Dia: Y-You, Kanan? Mari: Wow, even Kanan's nervous? Are pigs flying as well? Kanan: Excuse you! Even I get nervous once in a while. Chika: I'm kinda anxious myself... but I think it's because I feel the pressure to make this the best show of them all. You: Yeah. I agree. Yoshiko: Well, of course. Even Yohane wished for this to be the greatest performance we've ever given. Mari: Imagining how exciting this show is going to be is making me want to dance right now! Chika: I was just in the auditorium, thinking about the old days. Riko: The old days? You mean... You: That live show? Chika: Giggle Yup. We wouldn't be who we are today if it hadn't been for that experience. Chika: It's never been just one person bearing the burden. We've made our live shows successful by the nine of us coming together and combining our efforts. Mari: In other words, if we all work together, our Fukuoka show will be a hit, too. Chika: Yup! That's what I think. Ruby: That's the kind of show our audience wants to see. Hanamaru: Then we need to do everything we can to make it the best show possible, for them, and for us. Yoshiko: Yes. Now is the time for Yohane to show her full power! Riko: Let's put it all out onstage. No regrets! You: Yeah! Full speed ahead!
