Honoka: Whoa, it's so hot out! And the sun's so bright!
Nico: Make sure you protect yourself from sunburn! An idol’s skin must stay fair and pristine!
Rin: Nico, you’re almost too prepared for the sun…
Eli: Nothing but nature’s beauty as far as the eye can see.
Umi: We’re pretty close to the mountains. The air up here is so clean and fresh.
Kotori: Who knew all this was just a short bus trip away?
Hanayo: Hey, look over there. A river!
Nozomi: Apparently you can catch river trout and rainbow trout in that river.
Hanayo: Trout? Sounds yummy…
Maki: Are you going to explain everything now?
Eli: Hmm? Explain what?
Maki: Don’t play the fool, Eli. You brought us all the way our here on a day off. You’re planning on making us do something.
Nozomi: Making you do something? Show some respect, would you?
Eli: We’re doing a day of farm work. One of the farmers invited us to come out.
Maki: A day of farm work?! We’re going to be farmhands?!
Eli: It’s just simple things, like harvesting crops and planting seeds.
Kotori: Oh, that actually sounds kind of nice.
Maki: I understand those aren’t complicated jobs, but why are school idols doing farm work?
Nozomi: It’s part of a project to remain interest in agriculture. They’re doing a promotional video showcasing school idols working on a farm.
Maki: And µ's was chosen to star in this video, I take it?
Eli: Yes. I’m sorry we kept you all in the dark, but the school chairwoman personally asked us to do this. There was no way I could say no.
Maki: All right, I understand. We just need to do a little farm work, right? I’m not doing any hard labor, though.
Nico: “Welcome to our friends in µ's”… That is one huge banner. Is that all handwritten?
Eli: It sure looks like it… I wonder where the farmers are.
Nozomi: Huh? There’s a letter taped to the banner…
Eli: Oh, you’re right. “Dear µ's…” This is addressed to us! I’ll open it up.
Rin: What does it say?
Eli: “Dear µ's. Thank you for participating in our video project. I regret to inform you that we had an urgent matter come up, and will not be here for your visit.”
Nico: No farmers? Wait, are we supposed to have our agricultural experience all on our own?
Eli: It looks like it. Hang on, there’s more.
Honoka: Go ahead.
Eli: “All the tools you’ll need are in the shed. Use whatever you need to get the job done.” Then there are a few warnings…
Eli: “Be very careful to avoid injury. Only pick vegetables you intend to eat. Watch your step and take care not to step on the sprouts.”
Eli: “We can’t wait to see the finished video!”
Nico: Well, that sounds simple enough.
Honoka: Yeah, I think we can handle that.
Kotori: You really think we’ll be okay by ourselves?
Umi: We won’t know until we try. That’s why we came out here.
Eli: Well said. Let’s give it our best shot!
Rin: You can count on me!
Nico: By the way, where’s the film crew? We’re taping all of this, right?
Nozomi: The film crew’s right over here.
Nico: A-A camcorder?! We’re supposed to film a promotional video with that?!
Nozomi: What’s the big deal? Let’s just start recording, and-
Nico: Let’s just start recording? This isn’t a home video! This is supposed to be a professional production!
Nozomi: And, cut! See? I already got some great footage!
Nico: Why you…! Don’t record me without permission!
Story 2
Nico: all right, so we're recording a promo video on our own. Where do we start?
Nozomi: Look into the camera and take it from the top!
Nico: I said don’t record me without permission! Remember, agriculture promo video or no, this is a µ's feature film. We need to formulate a plan and stick to it.
